Affiliate Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This Affiliate Policy explains how affiliate links and commissions operate on Clok and routing pages generated using the Clok platform.
1. Affiliate Links
Routing pages generated using Clok may contain affiliate links to third-party merchants and marketplaces. If a visitor clicks an affiliate link and makes a purchase, the operator of that page may earn a commission from the merchant or affiliate network.
2. Intent-Based Recommendations
Product matches displayed through Clok are generated based on user search intent and relevance. Clok does not prioritise products purely based on commission value.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions are generated when users follow affiliate links to partner retailers and complete purchases. The exact commission structure may vary depending on the affiliate network, merchant programme, and applicable terms.
Clok may retain aggregated performance data such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and earnings-per-click (EPC) in order to improve recommendation accuracy and routing performance across the platform.
4. Third-Party Merchants
All products are sold, fulfilled, and supported by third-party merchants. Clok does not sell products directly and does not control pricing, availability, shipping, warranties, or returns.
5. Commission Tracking
Affiliate commissions are tracked and validated by third-party affiliate networks and merchants. Approval, validation, payment timing, and potential reversals are governed by the relevant network or merchant policies.
6. Disclosure Requirements
Operators using Clok are responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection regulations when promoting affiliate links or routing pages.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Affiliate Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Clok platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
